Customer Account Cancellations

A customer who has already made a payment and concluded an online agreement to purchase from 4SureHosting (Nuco Technologies Ltd) are always entitled to cancel an order placed with us as follows:
For non-service and non-domain name orientated sales:

  • Within seven (7) working days from concluding an online agreement and taking receipt with an online payment.
  • Within seven (7) working days from concluding an online agreement and taking receipt with receipt of payment sent with a printed online invoice.
Note: This applies to the sale of software titles and service provisions which have not yet been implemented or used in the case of support services. We reserve the right to retain our costs in respect of postage & packaging, whether charged or not as part of any cancellation agreement. See our Terms & Conditions for full details. Supplier terms and conditions may also apply. In all cases, software titles must be unopened and/or any authorisation key must not have been requested prior to physical delivery of the boxed title.
For service orientated sales: 

Provided the service has not been started or in the case of domain name registrations, has not been implemented a full credit is available. If the service is within seven days of concluding an online agreement or an online payment a full refund is available less an admin fee equal to the larger of 5% or £7.50 +VAT
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
